Is there a way to put a video in the background on a mobile device?

I have the same problem, and it´s not the video inside slider revolution, it´s the video you put as a background to a whole selection. I´ld really like a solution on this, does´nt show on mobile or tablet. It would also be nice if the video-size adj…
