I changed the z-index to "99999" and now it works! It is now on the top layer :) Thanks alot :) !!

Thanks alot!After disabling all plugins and enabling them again one by one i found out, that the plugin "jQuery Updater" was causing the problem. It is solved now :)Greetings Timo
