We did not miss anything, if we would add every option that everybody wants then the theme would have to be hosted on very expensive servers and most people spend 1$ on their hosting.

Really the previous sollution with hiding the gallery and displaying only the first element is very good. There is no other sollution for now.

Yes, it shows the old website but this is not theme related. You have to contact your hosting provider and ask if there are any redirects on yout htaccess or maybe just some nasty cache going on that is blocking the changes.

Hello Ron, this happens because your header image is too small, please try to set the background style to cover or change the subheader size by decreasing the padding in theme options>header&subheader>subheader thanks
