Sorry but this would mean that you would have to reinstall the theme and loose the content. Please always read the notice that pops up when you install a pre-built website, it clearly says which plugins are required for this demo.

Hello, We are fine, thanks for asking. The contact form look is tied to the css for each pre-built website so it is not possible to use it. You would have to use that pre-built website. Please send a link to you page and show those little buttons.
