Hi,Since version 20 you can import sliders via pre-built websites. Please select your pre-built website again in the installer and check only to import the sliders. Then go to revolution slider and see if you got those sliders installed.thanks

The image dimensions must be larger that the dimensions you set in the thumbnail size. This is why one image is not cropping.

Sorry but these animation are in the VC, if you would use the muffin builder then the animation would be the same. We can give you some effect on the contact form button. But just a color.

Please try to disable all third party plugin in your theme. If this will not help we will take other steps.

If you duplicated and moved the website when the theme was registered then you have to deregister the theme on both domains and then register again.
