Hi guys, Please go to your FTP directory and delete the whole theme, then upload a fresh copy of betheme. This problem occurs because when you update file you overwrite the old ones and leave theses files from the old theme. thanks

You cannot change the header size, to change the subheader size you can go to theme options>header&subheader>subheader and adjust the padding option.

Sorry but this is very odd, check if your theme and plugins are up to date. After that disable all plugins and check again. Remember that browsers have cache so clear it every time you check it.
