I disabled: PageSpeed for Apache and OPCache for PHP (One of the two was the reason, my guess is PageSpeed) Oh I used a new custom server configuration, all fault to me.

Thanks, but that isn't what I meant. Nah, I discoverd it's a webserver problem... If I save the style.css in the childtheme, it takes 2 min to get the result in the frontend.(without any Cache) On localhost it's instant.

Thank you for the migration tool. It worked very well. But it has to be possible somehow, it works for the custom css too.
