Ideally, yes. Unfortunately, we're unable to provide access to our FTP or to /wp-admin/ as our IT team has locked this down to access from our IP addresses ONLY. Is there any other way around this? Cheers,

Hello, Do you have any news on this yet? There has been a release 27.3.7, yet on upload it states style.css file is missing so fails the update. Also, I've purchased a new license for another website and this file will not upload either
