Issue was with woocommerce plugin. We have resolved the issue. Thank you for the support.

As I have already mentioned in my ticket, I have tried changing the theme to others also, including parent. Also, I have tried disabling all the plugins , refreshed the cache(mentioned in the ticket). But the issue still remains.
