Thank you... have no idea how that happened, it worked an hour ago and I haven't touched the theme options... anyway, it's fixed now.

I'm having the same problem, when I try to edit a page, the muffin builder doesn't load, it's like it's just not there. I still get the Page Options panel, but it just starts with "Layout" options, no builder.
