Never mind. The issue doesn't seem to affect the site when its taken out of Construction Mode. Only when logged into WordPress does the site show that extra scroll bar.

Bryan [Support Team] I tried that and it didn't work. The only active license it shows is my current website, not the old one. I did try to deregister my current website and reactivate but it did not work. Still cannot update the theme.

FYI, The old hosting server and its files are completely deleted now.
