Are you using the latest version of the theme? There should be the "Default" and "Automatic Mega Menu" option available. Also, can you check if it works when all of the plugins disabled? thanks

Hello, Its just enable to create different template for different language, its just that simple. You can select the single template to be visible on all languages, but from this update you can create each different template for each language. Thanks
