Yes, because if your menu has too many items on that grid (menu width is bigger than grid width), then it does not have space to fit, that's why it's breaking down. To avoid that, you have to increase the "Grid Width"Thanks

Register it again on your domain (through the BeTheme > Dashboard) and try to update your theme/plugins couple of times (usually it pass after 2-3 attempts) - remember, all of the plugins have to be disabled.Thanks
