1) You had a lot of not-supported plugins enabled, I disabled them. 2) You did not install and turn on the Contact Form 7 plugin, which is necessary for that demo. After these two steps, the images are downloaded correctly. thanks

Of course, on dekstop it will work fine, but on mobile, it will drop to another line if you won't use the Muffin Header Builder. Thanks

That space is because of the logo you are using, it's pushing the menu (notice the space you highlighted). Can you reduce it? Or you want me to help you to move the megamenu up with Custom CSS code? thanks
