You would have to create a separate sidebar with appropriate widgets assigned to them and a separate template for the categories with these sidebars assigned in the template options. Best regards

Hello, Please turn off all of the plugins (except WooCommerce), refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists. Moreover, if you use a child theme, switch to parent, and recheck it. Thanks
