Not if it is coded correctly. Doesn't stop other themes from including this. Just saying. Thanks for the feedback though. Still love the theme.

I take that back - doing the settings you suggested does indeed fix the problems as long as I have my Items per page set too higher than actual items. So all is working perfectly as long as I don't allow multiple pages.
