That's a shame - perhaps you could add a little note to the Banner Box link that says it's a BeTheme widget only. That'll help a lot of users out. Thanks

I didn't contact Elementor support as it's impossible to get through to them, but I figured out and it had something to do with the forward slashes in the text. I have removed the forward slashes and it seems to be working fine now. Thanks.
