It wasn't easy but I've sorted it, I added an item called 'visual editor' in the 'muffin builder' area and then pasted the html I obtained via 'safari web inspector' when on your BE Theme 'shortcodes' page.

I tried copying and pasting the html into an 'item' called "</> code" and it didn't work. I'm not sure where exactly I can put the code to make it work, shall I try the 'raw html settings' item?
