Yes, mostly it does. When I added content to that specific section (contact box and map) it sometimes disappeared as well when I tried to put the custom ID again. "Save changes, update" and jeup, the whole lot in the section was gone.

I found it in the meantime. I had to change also in the general setting of muffinbuilder where it was set as "under construction".
