Awesome! That solved it. Thanks again. Appreciate it.

Hi Phil, the BeBuilder seems to be working fine. Thanks. I have one more question regarding the product layout - is it possible to keep the "rating" under the title always? Depending on the number of columns the location of the rating seem…

Hi Phil, Thanks so much for helping fix the cart and checkout pages. They seem to work fine now. We were able to make the changes we were hoping to make. It did notice the "shop" page still has the same problem. Will the theme update solv…

OK. I'll take a look.

OK. Sent you a login. Just to make sure, we are trying to use WP blocks for the cart and checkout but cannot clear the BeBuilder on the "cart" and "checkout" pages. We tried disabling/deleting the cart and checkout templates, ad…

Emailed you FTP access through Envato. As soon as I receive an email address I can use I'll generate tomporary admin access for WordPress. Thanks
-
We can create a temporary login. Which email address do we use? And I am not sure about FTP access. We use WordPress.com.

Deleting the cart and checkout templates we currently use do not solve our problems either. Clearing the BeBuilder so we can use the WP blocks does not seem possible. Now, the builder gets stuck on "Generating page local CSS ..." 🤔

https://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/uploads/831/PDDVWR2IKM1K.png I found a way back into the BeBuilder but it does not let me make any changes to the cart page. The history or backup function in the BeBuilder don't do anything. I hope you can help…

I restored yesterdays backup. When I try to edit the cart page using BeBuilder it does not load. Was trying to upload a screenrecording but I cannot.

We cannot change the cart page on our production (live) website. When we empty the page in BeBuilder—we have to to use the WordPress blocks—and try to save the changes the "wheel" just keeps spinning. It doesn't save the changes. Duplicat…

Awesome! That works. Thanks so much.

We're using the new one on a staging website. I think it's accessible. https://staging-f664-willemkramercom.wpcomstaging.com

I noticed the CSS for the headers - for the titles we want to change - come back twice. That's not normal is it? And is that what makes the titles (font, color, font-size, etc) impossible to change? Thanks https://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/uploa…

We're trying to make the headers uniform - all the same. See screenshot. https://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/uploads/718/OXPOZS5M4334.png

https://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/uploads/643/2H2HKOJTYL2P.png It's not possible to edit (color, weight, font size, etc) a heading - for example the "contact information" heading in the screenshot. It's locked.

https://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/uploads/737/DSBY0UGFZTLR.png These are the headings we're trying to edit. In the backend the blocks have a little lock next to them. According to Google these blocks are locked by WooCommerce on purpose. Not on…

OK. Thanks. Something else, I noticed the cart and checkout blocks are locked and cannot be unlocked. If possible, how do I change the header font family, size, and color on the checkout page? Thanks
-
OK. Thanks. Never worked with "blocks." We'll take a look.

Hi Phil, 1) We found a solution. We're using a footer template that contains a cross-sell-like feature. The WooCommerce cross-sells do not fit the theme - different colors, details, etc. Is it possible to edit the cross-sells? Speaking of, can we e…

The cross sells in Woo look poor at best. How did you get the step to appear? They just do? Thanks.
-
We're fine with using the blocks instead but are trying to keep using the "order steps" and "cross sells" we can apply under the templates. The BeBuilder offers four "Woo" elements when we build a cart with templates.
-
Looks like we're using "templates" for the cart and checkout pages. Is it possible to move the coupon button and field using templates? The coupons seem to be build into something called "cart table." Using the templates, can we …

OK. We'll take a look. Thanks.

When I add a review the text changes. How do I remove the "place holder?" https://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/uploads/588/DII91NXZ10AH.png

Hi Phil, 1) We are using extrnal/affiliated products so the "shipping" tab was hiding. Thanks, 2) It says there are "3 reviews" but there are no reviews at all. It looks like a fixed title or something but the single product &quo…

Hi Phil, Here are several quirks that I can't seem to solve. The top 2 "attributes" are not added by us - in this particular product. And it's not added to the "single product" template either. We have no clue where it comes from…

Hi, I figured it out. Maybe it's our server or something else on our side but many of the settings of your pre-build websites get lost during upload. Thanks
