• Update...I have completely disabled Betheme and setup a standard wordpress theme. Now everything works perfectly. It is definitely the Betheme and NOT the plugin.

• Well I cannot login if I disable AffiliateWP since I'm using that as the login page. After login the navigation works when using other themes, just not Betheme.
