If it can help, i noticed that the english copies of the templates don't have any "template type". While "FR" and "NL" have "Sidebar", "Header" or "Footer" type.

By the way : In WPML i set to hide English language because of those templates not loading. ;) So the case is now the opposite of the first post : "Side template" is fine, "header" & "footer" are not working.
