Solved: (Image) It's a little bit stupid solution, but since applied Full Screen style is preventing that the first Section spread more than the size of screen - it works. Enough size to prevent anything bellow to load before it's time.

Now everything is great... basically, it's possible to checkout without disabling the plugins (preview site in incognito mode)... now I just need to see which one of 20 of them is problematic XD .. THX!

Ignore it, I found that when I turn back the Style in Mega Menu options back to Default, instead Vertical lines - it turns back to normal..
