nevermind. i found this in the map editor view, "Contact Box | Works only in Full Width" sorry, i did not realize the map needed to be full width to use the bubbles (contact box).

the default map info bubbles don't seem to be above the map and are off to the right. i reset everything and it still does it? please advise. (Image)
