Hi Phil, Thanks for checking - but the issue still persists with the reviews slider removed. I've sent over WP admin login details and installed a file editor plugin, which will hopefully help as a middle-ground for FTP being unavailable.

Unfortunately, this site's FTP is protected by a firewall with IP address whitelisting required. Is it possible for you to replicate on your development sites?
