• Im running Version: 11.9 on the site having the issue, however , one of my other sites is running Version: 27.1.5.1. the site running 11.9 is not showing any updates available. How do I do about updating the theme.

• Im using the BE theme and Visual Composer Version 4.5.1  Its hard to do a screen shot as nothing happened when i try to roll over an object to edit it.  I can give you access to the site if that helps
