Yes, I found the issue. In the download section line I just needed to add an ending ".pdf". Then it works, Windows somehow automatically downloads the pdf, but Apple had an issue :)

It also took me sometime to teach my colleague to use the visual BeBuilder and not the Wp-Builder, so it would be very amazing if she can continue working with it :)
