thanks, the wp minify has worked now that I have removed the Hide My WP plugin and this has reduced it just 5 seconds, will try your tip once I have finished - cheers.

it's taking over 12 seconds to load, I am trying to minify / compress, but it breaks the rendering - what plugin will work with the theme?

As I had the construction page active, he would not have got to the site, I have turned it off now so you should see the site. It's also the admin area that is struggling too.

Hi Singcat, The Homepage is still only using the existing Hotel demo content, with 4 slides that are about 450k each (is this too big??). Hope someone can help. Thanks,Wes
