• optional sticky sidebar widget left and right  for social icons or other buttons , i saw on the demos something like that called "muffin layouts" i like to use that for social icons links

• thank you i know that maybe i explained bad, the question is how to add the contact form on a section with the muffin composer because i dont see any cf7 section in the builder to paste easy way and pasting the code via code doesnt work
