Eventually found a way, I had to go to Templates, (my chosen template) header and EDIT. This brought up BeBuilder that allowed me to make the change. Still don't have Header Builder though.

When I purchased the theme the Header Builder plugin wasn't included in the download package.

There is no header builder in theme options and Header Builder isn't installed as a plugin.
