Ok, I changed to both default template and builder. Still no rev slider showing up. The page is now saved with the "builder" template.

Yeah I know about that, but how can I get it next to the menu? When using the actionbar the icons are very very small and pushes the menu down. Here is one of my other pages: http://larskorvald.com/ Any way to get it like that?
