Where can I find my purchase code?Comments

I had that problem too with the automatic update. I manually downloaded the latest version from Themeforest, and uploaded via FTP. That solved that particular problem. (but there's more I"m still troubleshooting!) Seems this update has lots …

Thanks Pablo! That worked perfectly, my sliders are back!

I'm getting a similar error... I can't activate the plugin. saysDownloading installation package from http://api.muffingroup.com/plugins/download.php?code=(masked)&plugin=revslider… Unpacking the package… Installing the plugin… The package c…

You can also always manually install via FTP. Download the installable files from your Themeforest Downloads page, and upload via FTP.

THAT WORKED!!! Miracle! Thank you very much!

We use W3TC on our Betheme sites with great success.
-
Muffin - because it was the database that was corrupted upon importing a pre-built theme.
-
Correct, that is my recommendation. If you have this issue, you will need to reset your database and start over from scratch.

==UPDATE==It's been 14 hours, and still have not heard back from BeTheme on this issue. == RESOLVED==Here is how I resolved the issue. Since this is a small website, I bit the bullet to try resetting the database since we did import a Betheme tem…

how did this work out? I am having the same issues, and have been on the phone with Godaddy for 2 hours. Max Vars is 5.000 Memory Limit is 512
-
that's not a sufficient answer. I have the same problem and I"m not losing all my work because of the 404.

I imported the adagency theme... and I cannot find the setting to remove the shortcode for the slider. it's not in the page settings.

Muffin, So, if I am understanding you correctly, there is NOT a way to create a standard bottom section of the website (say a section block) that would appear between the content & footer? So it can be changed in only one place and affect all t…

Ok, you are right! I found where a programmer called for it in custom JS in our BeTheme options editor. Thanks for the hint!
-
nvm... I fixed it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I put a class in the section, the section holds the rows and columns that automatically inherit the section class, and then put this code in my responsive CSS (where .h-nhoods is my class). @media screen and (max-…

I'm having this issue too. So, @muffingroup, what you are saying is that if we use the columns in the muffinbuilder, they won't stack on mobile, and that they will display off the viewport as full width, and you won't fix it? What am I missing?I'm …

not working for me

I'm having the same issue today. I thought it was a memory size thing or a max vars thing... still working it out. But here's a great starting point for you: http://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/discussion/comment/88007/#Comment_88007

When I add the class prettyphoto to an image... nothing happens, in fact all I get is a popup with the circle thingy moving.
-
Geez... now I need this code, and it's not working. I've added it to my functions file, but it's not working.
-
Well, that wasn't quite the answer I was looking for, but you gave me the perfect clue! I need prettyphoto to open up for certain images (play buttons) that show a YouTube video in the prettyphoto box. Answer: <a href="...." rel="p…

BeTheme is sufficient. We do SEO for our clients, and for those converting over to BeTheme, we are removing the All In One SEO , as all we use it for are the titles/descriptions. You can also add your Google Analytics Code to the BeTheme SEO setti…

Pretty simple: In the code where you want the scroll to stop: ANCHOR POINT: <a id="myidhere" ></a> (make sure you have the closing </a>... don't skip it! Here is the link to that point:<a href="#myidhere"…

The only thing that worked for me was editing the php.ini file per these instructions:http://www.inmotionhosting.com/support/website/php/update-local-php-settings
-
AWESOME! This worked for me. I moved the edited version of: includes/header-top-area.php to my child theme. Worked beautifully!
-
That worked, thanks!
-
Thanks, that worked perfectly!

@DavidWebSecrets, Are you using a whole new domain name or just redirecting it to your new site? Using a whole new domain name is an SEO no no. but good luck if you do.
-
@mlgrippi, You can try using W3TC, but that won't get rid of all your errors, but it will help.
