I have the option "Excerpt" only for Blog entries. I want to have "Excerpts" also for normal Pages, which appear also when searching. How can i do this?

Where is the excerpt field? Because if i enter the text inside WP default editor, the text will be shown twice on the page. I could hide this text with css, but this is not good for SEO.
