  • I have the same problem. The latest version of BeTheme crashed on the latest version of WP (6.1) on one site I have. In fact even site access was disabled, but after deleting the theme via FTP at least I got that back again. Some other installations…

  • The answer by the Support Team is wholly incorrect. I deleted the theme via FTP and re-installed it (version 26.5.1.4 upload of 2 November) and the site crashed immediately. Repeated this several times with help from Hoster, no change.

  • This may also happen when you set-up your site on a staging server and then switched to the main server. What worked for me is to deregister and re-register in the WP admin menu, BeTheme Dashboard.
