OK. That's why I did not want to use devider first. But if I do not use these,i get arising arbitrary gaps. sometimes in the 4th row, sometimes in the 7th row. Can I fix this somehow?

I have used the Divider. The problem now is, that when i add or delete another person (and that happens a lot), they dont rise in rank (alphabetical).Any other idea?
