Like i said we dont use a FTP, since everything is managed from within wordpress. The staging Site can be accessed if you click on the WP Logo on the Left Top corner.

I created a staging environment, disabled every Plugin except for WooCommerce, Jetpack and Akismet (Cant disable those). The searchbar still doesnt show any products in the results.

I sent the Login again. We do not have any FTP Login, were hosted by Wordpress so everything is inside the WP Dashboard.
