• looks like you can overwrite the max_input_vars with htaccess. are you sure with "max_post_size" or is it the "post_max_size" parameter? have you got recommended values?

• Yes but it is a dedicated server, we are the admins so we can change anything, our hoster cannot configure anything so please let me know where these parameters are to be found. php config, .htaccess, apache config?

• Ich checked it with the new page we created ourselves, no issues on this one with changing the slider. I am running the site on a dedicated server
