I have never uploaded such a small image!? :) Do you know, where I can change it? With "add layer" (image) it's not possible.

I want to change the size of the footer (bottom to top). I tried it in the layout.css: "#Footer .footer_copy .one{margin-bottom:20px;padding-top:30px;min-height:33px}" with "min-height", but nothing happend!? :/
