I changed the header type and it appears to have solved this issue.

The Theme Skin is set to Custom Skin. Its primarily in the main navigation. Solved it though. There was a color that I missed when selecting custom colors for the menu. Thanks though!

How do I make the logo in the scrolling header larger? I need to increase the height of the header space to do so, but I don't see an option to do this. My client wants the logo larger in this space as well. Thanks!
