I deleted the function is_product() in the theme-head.php and it seems to work now. I can't get rid of how the footer is half of the whole bottom page. How do i edit that?

I've redownloaded the file from themeforest and tried installation both ways and i'm still receiving the error. Can you assist or should I just request for a refund?

I did that and I am still receiving the error. Please assist. Can't even use the theme at this point.
