Your second screenshot is "Noto Serif SC" for Simplified Chinese. I re-check my website. I had turn off all of the plugins. And When I chose the font "Load from Google" " the font on the all page are displayed normally.

I set the Google Fonts as local fonts. And I found, when the home page opens, the local fonts are loaded. But when other page open, the local fonts are not loaded.
