I do not have access to the old site. Not at all. How can I get the key back without this tool you are pushing? Can you not release the key on your side?

Hello Bryan I have tried doing this, but as the original install is no longer live I am not able to deregister it. I no longer have access to the original site install. Can someone on your team deregister this key manually?
