What type of plugin usually causes the issue? It's impractical to have a website where I have to disable plugins that make the website run.

The behavior is not consistent. Sometimes it redirects and sometimes it does it job and filters the portfolio items on the same page. How do I fix the redirection? I don't want it to redirect
