Managed to fix the issue by deleting BeTheme current version which is 27.2.5, and install an older working version 27.1.2. Check what bug is causing the issue. Thanks

Just to add, everything works good, the pre built websites section, system status, manual and support, plugins. setup wizard, but the Theme Options just wont work, it send me to a 404 page inside wordpress
