Have just increased my max_input_vars from 1000 to 2000. still its not adding new wrap.

Having same issue, have created phpinfo.php file. max_input_vars showing 1000. have made some changes to increase max_input_vars but its not updating. http://dev.spamchem.co/phpinfo.php Please help me to sort this issue.
