Where can I find my purchase code?Comments

Got it. Thanks!

That actually isn't the part I wanted to fix. Each of the widgets still have a white background. That's why there's 3 white boxes. I wanted to change that color to match the footer background color or just remove the widget background altogether.
-
Ok, just sent an email with access!
-
I've tried changing all the color options in the footer theme options with no luck. My website is https://basiccon.org

Sorry, one more question. I somehow changed the background color of the widgets in the footer. How do you set the color for those?
-
That did it! Thank you!
-
Perfect. Thanks so much!

I like the size of the logo and menu bar now, but that causes the menu dropdown to overlay the webpage without any background. You can see what it looks like here: http://pasteboard.co/LxMkoq1.png For the 2nd question I've got a video element that I…

Ok, is there any way to display the logo/menu bar a little larger on mobile? Also, you didn't address how to fix that video element from showing up on the iPad in landscape. The width is 1025px. I've set the section settings in the muffin builder to…

Ok, I'm all up to date and that css fixed the space below the logo, but what about the space on either side of the menu bar? If you look at the picture I posted above you can see gray on either side and it would be great to remove that on mobile if …

Perfect. Thanks!

Here's the page where you can see this: http://www.basiccon.org/sponsors/

I'm not seeing that option for Top Bar Right under the Extras section. As far as the width of the iPad Mini 2 it is 1025px.
-
Thanks, that helped. The problem I'm having now is that the link text in the alert box is gold and I'd like it to be white. I looked through the color options and can't figure out which one to change. Could you point me in the right direction?
-
Also, is there a way to remove the extra padding below the logo on mobile and make the menu bar stretch across the width of the browser? There's extra space below the logo and then extra gray space on either side of the menu bar. I'd prefer that it …

Yes, I'd like to change the green alert here with the check mark to blue: http://themes.muffingroup.com/betheme/shortcodes/typography#alerts
-
I was testing on an iPad mini 2 so it has the 2048×1536 display.
-
Thanks for the quick reply. 1. That css worked perfect! 2. I realized the issue with the alerts was due to the padding I had set, so I adjusted that and it looks better now. Also, is there a way to change the color of alerts? I was considering using…

Thanks for the clarification. I was able to put that code into a column item and set the section to hide on tablet and mobile. I've set the responsive visibility to hide on tablet & mobile, but it still shows up in landscape on tablets. Any thou…

The problem with that is that this code I'm using won't work inside of a code element in the muffin builder. Is there any code I could put in the standard text editor to tell it to display only on desktop?
-
Ok, so I went back to the original code I was using to make it full screen. Is there any way I can hide the video on mobile and put something else like an image in its place?
-
Ok, I decided to try building this in the muffin builder instead. So, I've got it set up as a video item. You can see what it looks like. It now plays on mobile, but I'd like to be able to have it autoplay on mobile and would prefer it to play in th…

Sorry I'm just replying to this. I've been on vacation. If I switch to the default theme will I lose all the work I've done on the betheme already?
-
I figured it out. I added link="#" and that fixed it.

I have checked with the company that provides the javascript for this and they confirmed that it has nothing to do with the script. They said, "You have an `href` attribute on your link. Just remove it and it should work." As I mentioned, …
-
What I'm trying to say is that I don't think the problem has anything to do with the custom script. I've used this custom script before on other websites and had no problems. The script is super simple and used for embedding, so it shouldn't be caus…

Ok, that fixed my hover color for the button, but I'm still having a problem with the Javascript. When you click on the button a box should pop up for you to register. I've done this using this Javascript on other websites before without any proble…

Sorry for the delay. I was on vacation. Here's the link to where my button is: http://www.basiccon.org/register-2/ Scroll down until you see the button that says "Register Now"
-
Ok, I tried that and now a hover color shows up, but it's gray even though I told it to use the color #29aae2 in the CSS you gave me. Also, you can see that I'm using Javascript so when you click on the button it pops up a box in the window for peo…

I see where you can change the button style, but how do you make one of these buttons change to a full color background with white text when it's hovered over to look like the 4th row of buttons (the ones shown in jry19's comment above) on this page…
