must be activated under Theme options > Menu & Action Bar > Action Bar section. That's it.

@mircablu On Snapshot demo it's a regular menu item what means it could be removed under Appearance > Menus section where all menu items are.

could you be more specific? How you want to integrate slider into menu? Did you saw it somewhere on one of our demos?
