Sounds like you mean responsive icon color. You can change it's color with the following css:#Top_bar a.responsive-menu-toggle { color: #000 !important; }

You can activate such menu under Appearance > Menus > Manage locations section.

the responsive menu is invisible because is the same color as background. To change menu color, please use the following css:#Top_bar a.responsive-menu-toggle { color: #000 !important; }
