In the theme settings I added a custom made menu that I created, but the siderbar only shows the menu that came that with theme

You can divide the logo and menu burger into two wraps, so you will be able to align the logo to the left and the menu burger to the right.

The issue is I am using a background picture on the whole wrap, because of that I have added logo and menu burger into one wrap. So aligning them left or right will affect both elements.

I can see mega menus on your website, only menu layout is a little shifted.

You have an empty menu which was assigned as Social Menu Top. This type of menu displays instead of icons if it is created and selected.
