Please also go to Appearance -> Menus, choose your Main Menu, and assign its display location.

The dropdown on the mobile/responsive menu isn't working on my website, what could be the cause?

You had space in the menu item link, and it was causing this issue.

Please, open the WP panel, go to Plugins, and activate the WPBakery. If you do not see this plugin there, go to Betheme -> Plugins, and install it there.

Please, go to Appearance -> Menus, find your main menu, and assign its display location to Main Menu.

It can be activated in Betheme -> Theme options -> Shop -> General, by setting the Sticky shop menu to Show.

Now on our main menu, it is showing all menu items and the drop down option is goine.
